Development of scene 3

In this lesson we worked on developing scene 3. I worked quite a bit on 'Agony' which also gave me a good opportunity to work on what had a done a few days before. I was happy that I had remembered what we had set before. The biggest challenge in this rehearsal was working out the entrances and exits for each of the princes parts when he is in and out pretty quickly so I have to make sure I go to the right entrance. I wrote them in my script which meant I could go and remember them outside of lessons. I also used the rehearsals to work on different ways to play the prince as I wasn't quite sure if I wanted him to be sarcastic or quite wooden. I decided I would have him being really quite up himself. I applied this to the parts that we rehearsed and I felt that it worked really well with the character and the lines really complimented playing him up himself. It was quite hard to work with the Steward because, she was quite often the cow so we had to have a stand in.
